OK, well, it started out with me sleeping in a little bit, because I hadn't done that the whole trip so far. It felt good to get a little sleep. My friend, Maria, got up to go to the "Weapons and Warfare" discussion... she wanted to see lots of armory and stuff. I got up shortly after so that I could go down to the autograph lines. I got down there early, and they were already signing! OK, so I got in the line... then I realized that the big long line was for Craig, and that Bruce and Mark really didn't have lines at all. *sad*
So, I hopped out of the Craig line and ran right up to Mark. We greeted and I introduced myself. I then took out the picture of Lorna and Craig and said, "I don't know if you remember this girl, but she says hello." He replied, "Ah yes, I remember her well... tell her that I say hello back." So, there you go, Lorna! You are remembered! So, I then got a lovely Gil-Galad signed photo from him, and I had him sign my "Making of the Movie Trilogy" book as well.
I then hopped right over to Bruce Hopkins. He recognized me as his princess again from Sunday... and I guess I am now officially of Rohan! Hehe. I told him that I already have a photo of him, but that I would love it for him to sign my "Making of the Movie Trilogy" book... so he did! yay! Oh yeah, I was standing in line with one of the women who I performed in the opening ceremonies with. She is known as True Hearted Easterling. She's very nice. We took turns taking pictures of each other with each of the actors. I think Bruce probably got sick of me after a while, because I became the camera bitch, and I took lots of photos for people with him.
Well, after seeing Bruce again (I love this man! He rocks so much!) we hopped back in Craig's line. We stood there for probably close to half an hour before we got up to him. My friend, Maria, found me in line just as I was getting up to him. So, when it was my turn I handed my camera to Maria so that she could videotape and I went up and introduced myself. I had him sign a lovely Haldir pic for me, as well as my book, and a book for Maria. I asked if I could get a picture, and he was like, "I'm so sorry, but we only have 10 minutes for all of these people. Come back later and I will." So, I was a little disappointed, but I understand... the poor man was swamped with "foaming fangirls" (a quote which derived out of the Haldir and Gil-Galad live discussion from Monday... if I ever get around to clips you will see for yourself). So, I stepped aside and Maria and I went back upstairs for a bit to drop off our stuff.

We decided to stay in the room for a bit, because we were pooped! Morgan and Sarah went back down to the vendors room, because Morgan wanted a dress. They came back up to the hotel room, and Morgan had bought a lovely pirate-esk dress! Her name badge read, "Morgana of the Black Pearl." :) Morgan and Sarah went to prance about again, and Maria and I said that we'd meet them in the Isengard Ballroom for the reading of "Riddles in the Dark" by Mark and Craig.

When we got down to the ballroom we found that Bruce was doing a discussion... which wasn't printed in the program, or I totally would've been there from the start! So, we sat down and got to see the last half hour. He taught everyone how to make a galloping noise with their palms and legs... and he pranced across the stage Monty Python style :) Morgan then asked a question about advice that he may have for aspiring actors. He gave a very notable response, which I have on film, but I can't remember enough of it right now to post any quotes from it.
So, after Bruce was done in came Mark and Craig. They then sat down on the stage, had children sit in the front row, and began to read "Riddles in the Dark" from The Hobbit. Now, I must say that Craig doesn't do too bad of a Gollum impression! At times the two of them managed to turn the story into something with dirty undertones... but hey, what do you expect from actors!? hehe... I would've taped the whole thing, but the video police were scouring the room. I guess they thought that I would record it and sell it! Whatever! I just wanted it for my own personal enjoymment. I managed to tape a good majority of it nevertheless.

After this discussion I decided to go try to get my picture with Craig. I got in line and waited for a while, just to find that he wouldn't be starting for another 45 minutes. Yikes! So, I then decided to go put on my costume for the masquerade and come back down. So, back up to the room I went (at this time Mark and Craig were at the Games Workshop table painting miniatures... my friend Maria went to paint and managed to score the seat right by Craig).
So, I went upstairs... got help putting on my corset... and went back down to get in line. When I got down there a woman said that I couldn't get in line, that it had been cut off. I then continued to plead with her and told her that I couldn't get a picture earlier and that he said to come back, and that it was my last chance. She sympathized and let me in. Yay! As the line was moving more people managed to sneak on in.
So, I eventually got up to Craig and got my picture... and my friends found me just in time to get in a picture as well! Yay! Thanks Craig! Thanks random volunteer who let me in line! yay!

So, after all of this it was time to go get on the busses to go to the Masquerade Ball. Now, I never in my life ever imagined that I would be sitting on a school bus full of adults dressed up as LOTR characters! I couldn't help but giggle! It was truly a once in a lifetime experience in that sense!

Once we arrived at Medieval Times we got to hang out in the lobby areas for a while. My friends and I got a table near the dance floor and had some drinks. I got a soda/pop in a lovely horse shaped cup (which, since I am a dumbass, I left there and I'm still sad about that!). There was a band called Urban Tapestry playing at that time. They had a nice sound, but some of their songs were rather... interesting. They made up one song that was all about the men of LOTR... interesting indeed. I then went to check over the area a bit and found myself on the other side of the building. They had the horses over there... so I got a peek at Asfaloth, Shadowfax, Brego, Hasufel, Arod, Firefoot, and I can't remember the others' names. I then noticed that they were going to start the costume contest... so I began to go get my friends. I almost got plowed over my Mark Ferguson on my way... we ended up locked in one of those "pardon me" dances. Hehe. Rather amusing. He and Bruce and Craig were on their way to judge the contest. So, I gathered my friends and we watched what we could of the contest before they started seating us for dinner. There were some pretty great costumes there... I wish I had had my camera. Stupid battery!

So, we got seated in the "red" section, which ended up being the Haradrim section. We were right in the front row! Rock on! So, they actually themed the whole show to LOTR. I wasn't expecting that. We were in King Eomer's court, and the knights were battling from Rohan, Gondor, the Haradrim, Easterlings, Lothlorien.. and crap, I can't remember the rest... but it should be obvious, just having a moment of stupidity. Now, I must say that the red knight was indeed the prettiest of all of the knights. Everytime he'd win a battle he'd get flowers from Eowyn that he'd then throw to ladies in the audience. He threw one to my friend, Maria. Go Maria! Then, at the end of one contest Eowyn tied scarves to their spears. They then had to go present the scarf to the lady for whom they would fight! Well, I'll be... he picked me! I have this lovely scarf that says, "Queen of Love and Beauty". Score! Well, nevertheless, my knight was scripted to die. Damn it!
After the show the knights all came out so that you could meet them. I had my friend, Maria, take a picture of me with my knight. I said thanks for choosing me, and he replied something like, "How could I not choose you in that dress." Hehe... thank you corset! Oh God was he pretty! We talked about Detroit as well... and he's heard of the Von Bondies! Yay!
So, after dinner the band, Glass Hammer, was playing on the stage in the lobby. What fun! The dance floor was full of people dancing LOTR-style. I met up with the girl who played Frodo in the opening ceremonies again. Her and I and Maria all danced in a large circle with lots of other people. Now, I tell you right now that a definition of fun is to dance to Glass Hammer with a large group of LOTR fans, all in costume! It was such a blast! I would love to do it again. I must go now and get a Glass Hammer CD so that I have the music to remember the evening by.

When we got back on the busses we ended up seating ourselves right by that group of young boys who kept walking by us when we were at the bar the night before. Hi Kyle! haha! They asked us how old we were, and we were like, "23". These kids were only 17-20 years old, and they kept flirting with us! Kyle, my youngin, kept referring to me as "the hot blonde" and he kept trying to hold my hand. Yikes! He was also very drunk, mind you. The drinking age in Canada is younger than in the US. I think my friend, Sarah, eventually succeeded in scaring them off... because they left us alone after that night. I think it was the alcohol.
When we got back to the hotel we all passed out, because we had to be on the busses at 7am the next day to go to the theatre.
